Hello everybody, good evening.
This is Dr. Deanna Minnick.
Welcome to the whole Detox-Free Webinar Series
that we have every single month free to you.
So, what I like to do is definitely bring detox,
the whole topic of detoxification,
into a very broad holistic scope.
So I think of the rainbow colors and all the different things in our lives that we can be detoxing,
whether it's our bodies, our environment, our emotions, our thoughts, and even our spiritual orientation.
Or maybe just even looking a little bit deeper into our beliefs.
Do we have toxic beliefs? Do we have toxic people around us?
So that's really the focus of Whole Detox.
We have a number of programs throughout the year in which we do really go deep into each of these different elements.
So what I like to do every month is to feature somebody that can speak on some element of detoxification.
And I prefer to have somebody that has a little bit of a novel slant, right?
Because I think it's good to have the nuts and bolts of detoxification.
We hear a lot about foods and detox, but there may be some things that we haven't looked at.
And so being really clear and visionary in terms of what does detox mean in our lives?
Can we reevaluate what that word means and how we can better release and cleanse ourselves of toxic barriers,
anything that stands in our way of personal growth?
So today, I have the extreme pleasure of having an amazing guest whose name is Anthony William.
And I know many of you are excited about Anthony already.
I've received lots of different emails from some of you already asking to have questions asked of Anthony.
So I know that a number of you are piling onto the webinar now.
I can see the numbers going up and up.
Let me just read a little bit about Anthony William for some of you who may not be as acquainted with his work.
So Anthony was born with the unique ability to converse with a top-level spirit
who provides him with extraordinary, accurate health information that's often far ahead of its time.
Now, I have had the pleasure of having a reading with Anthony
and really getting into his work, following all of the great information that he provides on his Facebook page.
And it's truly remarkable.
And some of the things that you might hear tonight may not be what you anticipate.
So he has really been in the mode of surprising people with information,
and that started back when he was four years old.
And if you haven't seen the video on his website, which is medicalmedium.com,
I would really encourage you to watch this two-minute video of his life story.
Essentially, when he was four years old, he shocked his family by announcing that his symptom-free grandmother had lung cancer.
I can even remember Anthony telling me that as a four-year-old, you don't even know what lung cancer is.
But he definitely got the information that he needed to say this to his grandmother, and he did it.
And as it turned out, his grandmother did have lung cancer.
Since that time, Anthony has been using his gift to read people's conditions and tell them how to recover their health.
He's had amazing accuracy and success.
And so many people love and trust him from all over the world.
So I really love what Anthony brings to the whole area of health and healing.
So we're going to spend some time with him tonight hearing about his story, getting a bit into detox,
and then the last 20 minutes or so of our webinar, we're going to take some select calls and questions.
So that's why you're on the live webinar tonight, because you might have some questions that you want to ask Anthony.
So welcome, Anthony, to the whole detox webinar.
It's an honor to be here. It really is.
It's really exciting, and, of course, I love being here.
Thanks.
Well, the honor is all ours, actually.
You know, it's really a delight,
and I know that it's very difficult to really have you do any one thing,
whether it's a read.
I mean, you're swamped.
People are plaguing you with questions, and they want readings.
And so for you to carve out this time with us, this is really and truly a gift,
and we really do thank you for that.
Well, you know, anything to get the information out there that could help so many, and that's what I'm all about.
I really appreciate that, that you are such a gift of giving that service to others.
So, Anthony, maybe we start with your story.
You know, I just told some little tidbits about you and your story as a child,
but take us a little bit further through that journey, if you could.
Sure.
It's a lot different than what most have probably heard.
I hear a voice perfectly clear, so not just the clarity is there, but I could have a fluid
conversation with this voice.
But it's outside of me, so it's not intuitively in me or when someone has a gut intuition
or they do hear things or they hear a voice inside themselves and they get information
that way or other mediums might channel in a different way.
It's not a channeling.
It's nothing of the sort.
It's like having someone next to you that's standing there talking to you and you can
partially block it out by waving your hand over your ear.
So it's really different.
It's been a gift, but I often called it a curse for just a long time to begin with.
But I've used it to help so many.
I mean, it's helped tens of thousands of people regain their health.
People that have had wonderful 30 years of health and just from me working on people
from so many years ago.
So it's really done good things, and it's just been wonderful.
Anthony, I'm just so curious as I'm listening to you speak about all these people that you have helped.
You have a large sample size to draw from.
And I'm kind of curious, you know, what do you think is the biggest thing that stands in the way of people healing?
You know, there's so many different pieces.
The biggest thing that stands in the way is just knowledge of what's going on around everybody.
That's the biggest piece.
It really is. I mean, we've moved really fast, and there's no question. I mean, we've advanced
ourselves in so many different areas, but we're still in antiquity. We're still in so many other
places. We're vulnerable, and we're sensitive, and what's happening is the knowledge isn't there
and places where it needs to be.
I mean, yeah, of course we're fast-tracking.
I mean, I always say this, too.
Look at cars.
I mean, they're loaded with the best computer systems.
They're just amped up.
You've got TVs in cars.
You've got Wi-Fi now in cars.
You know, forget just power locks and whatever.
It's got everything.
They look like little spaceships.
You run over a nail, and you're just stuck on the side of the road.
And the reason why you're stuck is because the tire is 115 years old.
And so we're advancing in so many places, but it's still, the tire is still rubber and
it has air in it.
And the problem is with detoxing, with our health, with everything in today's age, we
got a tire with rubber air in it.
We're still there.
And so, I mean, look, okay, fine.
It's a dirty planet.
The other planets in the solar system are actually pristine clean.
They really are.
Yeah, right.
There's not stuff being dumped out of the sky.
There's not whatever, meaning like radiation fallout dumped out of the sky.
There's, you know, we're still suffering from pollution just way back that we have on this planet.
This is the dirty planet in the solar system.
So I was expecting that you were going to say that that's the reason why people aren't healing is because it is such a dirty planet.
Well, here's the deal, though.
If you don't have knowledge to supersede what's happening with the pollution and the toxins in the environment.
But, okay, fine.
We'll talk about that a little bit, right?
You know how there's plenty of, okay, we got pollution.
We got smog, blah, blah.
You know, we know all that already.
We have radiation fallout.
We got, you know, mercury in our water, in our oceans.
Sure, we got pesticides, we have herbicides, we have, you know, insecticides in our homes.
Yeah, we have all these different levels of poison around us.
The reason why we're susceptible is the unknowing of a few major factors, you know, real important
keys.
Like, for instance, guess what, right?
out of the pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides,
out of the radiation falling out of the sky,
out of the air being polluted, the waters being polluted filled with mercury,
out of all that, there's still a poison worse than that that we're not aware of.
And what's that?
You want to know what that is?
I do.
It's our own adrenaline.
It's our very own adrenaline.
Wow.
It's still worse than stuff falling out of the sky.
It's still worse than the exhaust and fumes and diesel fumes coming out of trucks while
you're on the highway.
It's still worse than that.
Wow.
If we don't know that, we're still that rubber tire filled with air.
Sure, we got a spaceship we're driving in, but you run over a nail, you run over a piece
of scrap metal in the highway.
Now you're on the side of the highway and you're susceptible.
So let me just be sure that I'm understanding you right because I want to do some recaps just so we all come to the same page on what you're saying because it's intense.
So if adrenaline is the biggest toxin out there, essentially what you're saying is that it's stress.
The biggest thing that riddles us with our health is stress.
Because we're moving faster than ever before.
We have demands on us than ever before.
women in general have more jobs than ever before in history.
How did that happen?
And, you know, for every man, a woman has 10 more jobs.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, absolutely.
Not just a career, not just focused on that,
focused on getting through school and a career, you know,
raising families, raising children, dealing with household things,
taking care of the husband, you name it.
It stacks on, it stacks on, it stacks on.
And that alone didn't really happen until recently.
I mean, it's been really, really intense.
And it creates adrenaline.
Adrenaline is damaging.
And I'm not talking about unhappy adrenaline, like when you're angry, sad, you're under stress.
I'm talking about happy adrenaline, too.
I'm talking about adrenaline sports.
I'm talking about even that bungee jumping.
I don't know if that's an adrenaline sport.
I'm talking about, but any kind of thing like that's really cranking adrenaline into our system.
Yeah.
You know, we use adrenaline like it's a drug here now on planet Earth.
That's the number one drug.
And that's the number one, and that's the number one toxin.
It's more poisonous than the stuff falling out of the sky, stuff in the ocean.
It's been stuff sprayed on food, like, oh, big deal.
I mean, big deal with this stuff.
I mean, I'm not an advocate for pesticides on food.
Believe me, I'm anti that.
But that doesn't hold a candle to when you're burning your body apart with your adrenaline
because it's so corrosive and it's like battery acid.
And it breaks down the body.
And guess what it does?
And this is why I'm bringing this up.
Tell us.
It stops you from detoxing.
Yep.
So I don't care if you're doing this program, you're doing that program, you're detoxing this, you're on these potions, you're on these herbs, you know, you're doing whatever.
I don't, you know, I don't care.
You can be doing the new trendy, you know, detox, you know, whatever diet.
That doesn't matter until you have the knowledge to know how to get that adrenaline under control and how to let it not stop you from detoxing.
Anthony, let's back up a bit because this is great.
I love this.
Adrenaline is the biggest toxin.
So how did we get into this state where women are saying yes to all of these things and are so inundated with so many different tasks and things that they're doing now?
Like, what is the root of this?
Like, how did we find ourselves in this position?
Well, we're carrying baggage.
You know how you hear about carrying baggage?
Oh, well, you know, emotionally you're being held back because you must be holding on to baggage.
Or you've heard it all, right?
Mm-hmm.
Definitely.
That's not new.
That's not new.
But there's baggage that we're carrying that's not ours.
Okay.
Get ready for this.
You've got to hold on to your seat.
Okay.
I'm ready.
Well, you don't want to be carrying somebody else's luggage in the airport, right?
Well, if I have a free hand, maybe.
But if not, then it's going to be too much.
Yeah.
I mean, you don't want to have to be doing that.
You don't want to have to pay for someone's, you know, hot dog at the hot dog stand.
No.
I would not be buying them hot dogs.
That's true.
Yeah, yeah.
I'm not saying go eat hot dogs, but people like them.
People like them.
I'm not saying that, you know, we don't want baggage that's not ours,
but it's been thrown on us.
It's in us.
See, you're talking about detoxing.
Well, there's other poisons in us that's making the adrenaline rise up too,
not to mention giving us more responsibilities.
and what these toxins are, they're old toxins.
They come from our forefathers and our forefathers and our forefathers.
And they're in our body.
They come from our parents and then their parents and then their parents
and then their parents.
Yeah.
You see, we're carrying around mercury in us that's 2,000 years old.
It was mined out of mines, mercury mines, 2,000 years ago,
and it's in our cells.
Wow.
This stuff puts a load on us emotionally, spiritually, physically, mentally, soulfully, whatever, all of it.
And it puts pressure on us underlyingly that you can't, you won't even see it.
It's there.
Not only that, we have DDT in us passed on from generations in us now that we walk around with
that we don't even know that's what we're trying to get out.
So when you go to your practitioner, you're like, oh, I'm doing detoxing, or you go in here, no one's even, they don't have their eye on the ball on the fact that you got DDT in you that has to come out before you can really move forward and get in the right place.
And look, I wouldn't know any of this stuff, just so you know, if it wasn't for spirit.
I wouldn't know anything.
That's the bottom line.
I mean, you know, it's not because I'm a smart guy.
I'm not a smart guy.
I mean, there's practitioners and doctors that blow me away way smarter than I could
ever be.
It's just that spirit's smart and the information comes through, you know, and so I don't want
you thinking, hey, you know, I'm going off the chart here with this.
But what happens is, and it reminds me of a story, you know, I was in my garden and
I was pulling out onions and I was working the garden.
My neighbor came over and my neighbor came in there and he said, you know, I don't get
it.
My wife couldn't walk for three years. Nobody knew what it was. You know, we came, we asked you for help.
You knew it was arsenic poisoning, and no one else did. She's walking, she's perfectly fine.
How is this possible? And as I was in the garden, I looked up, and I said, because I'll always be right.
I'm never going to be wrong. No one can ever tell me I'm going to be wrong. I'm right, and just never forget that.
I stood up, I walked three feet, I stepped on a rake backwards, it slammed me in the
face and it knocked me out.
Oh my goodness.
When I was waking up, spirit said to me, I'm always wrong.
Me, me.
Spirit said, you're always wrong and I'm always right.
Remember that.
It means, you know, it doesn't mean I'm smart, but I know these things because of spirit.
So we have the DDT, we got the mercury and we have the radiation from World War II.
that's in ourselves. This is the baggage. So when you're going through the airport
and you have to carry ten other bags that aren't yours, which you wouldn't do anyway,
or if you don't want anybody else's baggage, we have this extra baggage and what it has done,
it has literally riddled the psyche, the consciousness of the human race. Women are
pressured more than ever. You would say, well, how does that connect? Why would women even be
pressured with 20 more jobs because of radiation or DDT.
Yeah.
But it's true.
What happens is because behind the radiation, behind the DDT, there was movement forward
in different ways in this world that has upped the ante to make us work harder than ever
before.
All right.
So I definitely, I'm seeing it now, the ancestry, the lineage, the DNA, the epigenetics.
Anthony, can you speak a little bit to women and thyroid issues?
It seems like there is just an exponential increase in all kinds of, whether it's autoimmune thyroiditis or thyroiditis.
It started all 1950.
That's when it started.
There were thyroid problems before 1950, don't get me wrong.
But the explosion started in 1950.
and that's when it just took root um right there what's the irony though and this is no
insult at all this just shows here's the rubber tire the car tire again with air in it
our blood profiles our blood tests for for thyroid at the doctor's office is from 1950
yep it's a rubber tire with air in it yeah it's not going to get any of the codes any of the
cofactors involved really of why the thyroid's bonking out on everybody, why the thyroid's
getting deficient, why the thyroid's becoming hypo.
You know, everything that we don't even see, just the blood work alone is back in time.
I mean, we're stone age.
But sure, we got computer chips, we got computers that are doing crazy.
Look, I'm doing this webinar, just whatever, sitting here and we're doing this.
This is all technology.
but the thyroid test is really really you know back in time and and that's the rubber tire with
air in it so but 30 years from now there's going to be new thyroid work you know workups it's going
to be new different profile in the blood screening there's going to be things are going to change
but what you'll be what 70 well you're young that's true what do we do now anthony what do
do now to help people who have come to me that's why I that's why I put my book out that's coming
out that's why I put the the secrets behind chronic and mystery illness and how we can finally heal
because I don't think people have 30 40 years to wait no and definitely not right we we need to
really uh accelerate so what we have to do is is we'll do a you know I'll talk about a couple of
things that really help clean us up. The one thing is the adrenaline. You know, how you battle the
adrenaline is adapting. So we're not adapting like we should. That's another thing happening.
You know, just like the car tire with air is not adapting to what everything else is happening
inside that car. We're not adapting to the changing times, to the pace, to where we're going.
and so a couple of techniques one technique is is grounding we've heard
about grounding before yeah everything grounding mm-hmm yeah right it's
everywhere it's all about getting grounded right yeah and well the best
grounding technique there is it is standing on the earth mm-hmm okay
standing on the earth so if you only have your backyard fine if you only have
If you can go on a hike, great, even better.
If you can find a nice little wooded spot, amazing.
If you're on the beach, you're on the beach.
But what you do is you stand there and you have to envision that where your feet are,
that roots are growing and they're growing strong and they're rooting deep into the earth.
And then you have to break off of them.
Break off of them?
you have to break off the roots and you have to leave the roots behind.
The reason why no one stays grounded, they can get grounded for a moment.
You know, you can take a swim in the ocean, you can do a meditation,
and then boom, right when you're back into, you know, the game,
you lose your grounding and you can't adapt.
You can't keep up and the toxins and adrenaline stay up.
And it's like, wait a minute, I got to go meditate again.
Whoa, I better meditate five o'clock tomorrow morning again.
I better get into my yoga again in the studio tomorrow because you're just getting ungrounded constantly.
So we're not adapting right.
We're really not getting grounded the way we need to.
Hmm.
All right.
So you break off the roots.
Okay.
And then you leave them there.
But, you know, in your psyche, in your consciousness, in your, you know, you know, mentally where those roots are.
Perfect.
You instantly get yourself there.
You travel there in your thought process.
So if you're at the office and you're like, whoa, things are getting heavy.
My adrenaline's pumping.
You have to send yourself right to that spot where those roots are.
You have to go back to those roots.
The minute you connect where those roots are, you get grounded instantly.
So that's a great technique.
Another thing is wild foods.
So let's talk about like physical things you can actually ingest and get in you.
All right.
Wild foods.
So if you're not a wild food expert or anything on that level, you don't have to be.
Look for wild blueberries.
They're in the freezer sections in stores.
That's the most powerful food on planet Earth today.
Hey, Anthony, I'm just curious.
I feel such a calling to forage, you know, to just like basically understand the earth and the plants that are here.
Is that something that we need to be doing is really, you know, again, connecting with nature, as you suggest, and learning about these plants or relearning it?
It's important.
It really is.
It is.
I mean, there's, you know, any wild food you can get your hand on.
I mean dandelion greens if they're growing out of a yard somewhere, you can get the kind
of the cultivated dandelion green in the store health food market.
That's actually got at least, it's at least the cousin, so that's really good.
And it's a cousin of the original wild one.
But anything you could do, thyme, oregano, these are essentially wild even though we
cultivate them too.
So there's things you can do.
wild blueberries, you know, if you can't get foraging, if you can't get out there, if you
live in the city and you only have the city garden that you can become a part of or however
it works in your district, then you can also go to the store and get those wild blueberries.
Those things are powerful.
That is, these are foods that help you adapt.
You know, nettle leaf tea, that's a wild food, so you go to your health food store, you get
natto leaf tea, make a cup of tea with it.
These are powerful foods that actually start taking the adrenaline burns off the system.
They help you adapt to your own adrenaline because your adrenaline is being set off because
we're not adapting to what's happening.
So these are powerful ways to turn this around.
You've got the natto leaf tea, you can make a cup of that.
Once the adrenaline is where it's at, then we can start dealing with other poisons in
the body, poisons that have been deep long ago, lost in your system from generations.
That's something we have to get rid of.
And you know, a spirulina is one of them.
If people say, well, what about chorella?
Chorella is the one that's the heavy metal detox one.
It's not.
Chorella is terribly irresponsible as far as what it is.
It lets go of the toxin long before it pulls it out of the body.
And I wouldn't know that if it wasn't for spirit.
You know, I would just be like, yeah, I'd be downing the chorella.
I'd be like, oh, let me get this chorella down.
Right.
Well, Anthony, what about a lot of these grass drinks, the green drinks?
Is this good for detox or does it just depend on what's in them?
Look, every fruit and vegetable is good for you.
Green drinks are good for you.
Just know that the green powders that have a mix, that have a mix, you grab a green powder, it's got 50 different things in it.
Yeah.
It's got this grass, this grass.
It's got every kind of grass.
Right?
Yeah.
To make that up, you have to use a speck of each item to make that up.
That means a tablespoon will have literally a fiber of that grass or a fiber of that spirulina or a fiber of that crella or a fiber of that berry that's in there.
It's not enough.
You know what that's like?
That's like the professor wants you to write a 10-page report about one topic.
And what, you know, he wants you to do, you know, a 10-page report.
You bring it to him and you bring in the report and it's got two words on the paper and he looks at you.
It's very spanned.
You can't thin it out like that.
You can't do the big, you know, the big green powders.
It's not enough.
So you want to do instead, you want to concentrate more of certain things.
You want to do more kale.
You want to do, you know, some dandelion greens.
Make sure there's a decent amount of them in your diet.
You want to do spirulina on a regular basis because it's really the one that helps pull radiation out.
You want to get the wild blueberries in you every day because those help you not only adapt emotionally, spiritually, physically, but they pull toxins out of people like nothing else does.
The most powerful detox food on the planet is the wild blueberries.
So you want to get that in there, the antioxidants, the polyphenols, and that's what does it.
And so these are tools to use that you can really, really move your detoxification forward.
Anthony, two questions for you.
One is you said that we're not adapting fast enough.
And so I'm wondering, there are adaptogens.
At one point, you even recommended to me licorice.
So can you talk about adaptogens like rhodiola and eleuthero and some of these herbs?
Are these good adaptogens for us to take?
Those are what I call novelty adaptogenic herbs.
What happens is it's novelty in the sense that we're calling those adaptogenic, and they are,
but there's a whole bunch of things that are more adaptogenic that aren't on that list.
Okay.
But wait a minute, 20 years from now they'll be on the list.
So what would surprise them?
I don't have 20 years to wait for those to be on the list.
True.
Yeah.
So we have to get them in now.
And, you know, wild black raspberries, even if you experience those,
once a year, the wild black raspberry,
that's more adaptogenic than what we list as adaptogenic herbs.
Interesting.
The wild blueberry is the most powerful adaptogenic food on the planet,
nothing can touch it. The nettle leaf, nettle leaf is adaptogenic, but really, really potent
for adaptogenic. So yeah, so no, I'm totally about the adaptogenic nature of these other herbs and
everything, and they are adaptogenic, but these other ones, you know, we have to look out for
those. Thyme, thyme is actually adaptogenic. And probably a lot of essential oils, right? So
thyme oil, sage oil, oregano oil? Sure. Absolutely. What's not adaptogenic is diatomaceous
earth particles. Don't ingest those. That's a trend and a fad that's growing strong. And what
it does is it causes malabsorption in the intestinal tract. It stops absorption. It
binds onto the linings. It stays there forever and you get malnourished over time. So that's
something that if there's something I can give you to protect yourself, that's one of them that's
taking root, taking hold, and it's going a little too far. Another one is the whole goitrogenic
movement. And I'm saying these things because it matters for detoxing. It matters for healing and
moving forward. Look out for the goitrogenic movement because kale is good for the thyroid.
until someone knows why people get Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
They shouldn't be telling someone to know what to eat or what not to eat
until we finally get out of the place where, you know,
people think Hashimoto's thyroiditis is just inflammation of the thyroid
and the body attacking itself, but that's not true.
Hashimoto's thyroiditis is viral, and it's a viral load in the thyroid,
and we're still decades from this.
So don't get fooled by the goitrogenic movement because kale kills off the pathogen that stops, you know, that helps your thyroid.
You kill off the pathogen so your thyroid can recover.
So Hashimoto's needs kale.
So when you hear out there on the trend train, stay away from broccoli, cauliflower, and all of these, that's really bad information.
Yeah. Anthony, just to define your terms, because we're having some people write in saying that they're not sure what some of these words are that you're saying. So goitrogenic refers to vegetables like the cruciferous vegetables, like the ones that you just mentioned. So you just focused on kale. But really, that means so many different other things, right? The broccoli, the cauliflower, like you just Brussels sprouts.
Yeah, absolutely. You're trying to, yeah, this is me trying to get as much information.
I know, I know. No, it's all good.
It's terrible.
But what happens is the goitrogen, it's a compound.
These goitrogens are a compound in these vegetables.
And we're told if we have hypothyroid or Hashimoto's thyroiditis to stop eating these or really sparingly eat these.
Right.
It's a direction that's going to send us in backwards.
Because 10, 20 years from now, if everybody's keeping those out, that's where the trend
is going, is you avoid those vegetables, and it's going to do the opposite.
It's not going to help your thyroid, because kale brings your thyroid back.
It disinfects.
It's got phytochemicals that disinfect your thyroid and gets rid of the pathogen that's
creating Hashimoto's.
Now 30 years from now, when medical research and medical science finally realizes what
pathogen is in the thyroid, I'll be like 90 years old or whatever, and hopefully I'll
still be here, who knows.
And when they finally discover this, we'll have a 30-year wreckage of misinformation
that stopped people from healing.
This has been happening in time forever, all this different how it works.
So if anything spirit can provide is real information that gets people to heal and move
forward. And so basically what I am is just a speaker for spirit. I'm just an idiot that's
speaking for spirit. I'm the translator. That's all it is. Back to diatomaceous earth. And I know
that some people take that for parasites and there are some questions coming in around diatomaceous
earth. Can clay or earth be applied topically? Do you see the issue with that? So it shouldn't
be used for parasites internally, but it can be applied topically to extract toxins.
Zeolite clay is actually better for a lot of reasons, if you get a high-quality zeolite
clay.
Topically, it's wonderful.
I mean, you can put zeolite clay on skin problems, on, you know, things you don't want growing
on your skin, and you can band-aid zeolite right on there.
Diatomaceous earth particles really wreak havoc with the internal system.
in more than one way.
So it's not that I'm trying to diss the whole diatomaceous earth movement.
It's just that it's not a good idea.
And there's people I care about.
The whole deal is with me is people say, well, why do you do this?
Or why do you say this?
It's because I care that much.
It breaks my heart.
I have watched my entire life people die out there, sick with chronic illness,
losing years of their life, watching their children get sick with the same thing they've had 20 years later.
And I see this out there.
We're not moving forward on illness at all, chronic illness, on any level in the right direction.
Oh, my.
And fads and trends take over.
And so it breaks my heart.
I do this.
I want people to heal.
I know people don't feel good out there.
It actually, I mean, it hurts my heart.
I mean, this is why I'm here doing this.
and getting that information.
It's not to be like, oh, hey, don't take this diatomaceous earth because I'm just on that
bandwagon.
No.
This is about people, their lives.
It matters to me.
It means everything to me that people heal.
Because when you're chronically ill and you can't take care of your families and your
kids and you can't drive in a car because you have some kind of condition and you're
Suffering with pain, I mean, we're talking, it's devastating to people what they go through and how they live.
And that's the part I'm connected with.
I'm connected in that part, and it breaks my heart.
That's why I'm here.
This isn't about just, hey, look, I'm going to do this, put a book out, and maybe I'll sell some books.
It's not about that.
It's critical people get help.
I mean, I watch it.
It's just really hard out there.
Mm-hmm.
Anthony, thank you so much for being of service.
I want to have some questions answered here, if you don't mind.
I have a whole bunch of people writing in.
What is your take on gluten?
You know, there's kind of this gluten.
You talk about trends and fads that are out there.
What's your take on gluten?
Is it toxic?
Well, my take on it where, you know, when I was younger and I would tell somebody they were allergic to weed
and it was 35, 40 years ago, you know, a paddy wagon almost would pull up.
Because that was like, what?
What do you mean allergic to weed?
It's kind of a staple.
It's an ancestral staple.
What are you talking about?
Let's go back to when the only technology we had was a rotary phone on the kitchen wall.
Right.
You can dial out, but there's no answer machines, so you just had to wait for your
call in the kitchen.
Right.
And then the car wouldn't start in the morning on a cold day because the choke would get stuck.
And, you know, let's just, you know.
Yeah, definitely getting a picture.
And then let's tell somebody they actually have some kind of pathogen.
And that's what would happen.
Spirit would tell me what pathogen someone had back in that day.
Spirit would tell me what, you know, what you needed to do to reverse HIV back in that day.
Spirit would tell me if someone was allergic to wheat.
And, yeah.
So right now it's popular, and I'm actually glad it is.
There's some trends that are really helpful.
But here's the problem.
Yeah.
Instead of being so, like, hung up on, oh, you're allergic to wheat,
wheat's bad, and all this,
why don't we find out why people that can eat it can eat it?
Mm-hmm.
Maybe because they don't have a bacteria in them.
They don't have a fungus.
They don't have a pathogen.
Maybe they don't have mercury poisoning.
Maybe they don't have enough this in there.
Why do we find out the root?
Yes.
So it's cute to know and have the trend rolling around with the anti-gluten movement,
but there's people that can eat anything they want.
They don't have any problems.
They can eat all the wheat they want.
They can eat all the cake they want, all the cookies they want.
They're not sensitive to wheat.
Why?
And then why is someone else getting inflamed?
And then the trend would be, well, it's an inflammatory food.
Well, no.
There's something in that person's body.
Do you think it's fungus or candida?
Everybody is different.
Yeah.
So it's some kind of pathogen then, right?
Grandma's apple pie.
You know, everybody's grandma's apple pie, their grandma makes it differently.
One grandma will have a little bit of nutmeg, a little cinnamon, another will have a little
extra butter, another will have a little extra salt, some will have more sugar.
They're all made differently.
So someone else might have a little bit more radiation and mercury, two kinds of pathogens,
someone might have a virus and a bacteria, someone might have whatever, and then someone
might have difficult circumstances.
They've been through a lot, emotional trauma, PTSD, OCD from PTSD.
Everybody has a recipe.
I've had to learn that along the way through spirit, of course.
Right.
So it's multifactorial.
Okay.
So there's a question here, zeolite clay versus betonite clay.
Which one do you like more?
Zeolite safer, it's better.
Bentonite clay is really not a good thing.
The problem is with the clays is they just wipe out the lining of the intestinal tract,
and they take away the good also.
And it doesn't mean they always take away the bad clays.
So it's a crapshoot, really.
And if you wipe out your immune system and your intestinal tract, the good too,
The balance gets thrown off, and the bad will probably end up winning.
So these clays are not good at all.
Zealite clay is a little different.
It's a different kind of beast.
I still don't like the use of a lot of it, but it's got its purposes in certain areas.
Okay.
We've got another question from Laureen who's asking about hair loss, thinning bald patches.
Is this related in any way to what you were saying about adrenaline?
Or talk a little bit about perhaps hair loss and how that's connected to toxicity, if it is.
Well, one thing that I'm glad you reminded me and it's a really good question.
One thing that adrenaline does is it creates methylation issues.
Right now, the methylation train is out of control, too.
Everybody has this MTHFR gene.
Really, it's not a gene they have.
Homocysteine levels are up.
They have methylation issues.
So basically to break it down, it's an absorption issue and a breakdown of minerals into micro minerals and different sizes and shapes, micronutrients into different nutrients, and the body uptaking it properly.
So there's this whole methylation thing going on with people.
What that's caused by is something else in the system like toxins and one being adrenaline.
Adrenaline does so much damage as far as allowing us to absorb nutrients and get the methylation factor going.
So you can lose your hair from it.
You can get deficient in critical pieces, like critical minerals, like zinc.
So what I would do with her, I mean, I would be looking into zinc, the right kind of zinc.
Also thyroid, too.
So that's another thing as well.
So with the hair loss, you can be diagnosed with a thyroid condition at the doctor's office,
but still it stays hypo even with getting a medication or whatever.
It still stays hypo.
It still stays underactive.
Or if you have Hashimoto's, if you're diagnosed with Hashimoto's, you still keep the Hashimoto
issue.
So what happens, people think it's addressed and they're okay now and that their thyroid's working better.
It's not how it works.
It's you still have the thyroid issue at hand.
The hair can come out.
If you have an undiagnosed thyroid issue, the hair can fall out.
And then the absorption of different, you know, nutrients like you're lacking.
So really I would, you know, get some of the things in you that are really critical.
one thing is B12. If there's something you can do and take away from this webinar, it's B12,
but not the B12 that everybody talks about methicobalamin. And it's the B12 adenosilcobalamin.
Methicobalamin, that's leading us back in time. That's going to get us in trouble. If we're
going to really survive, keep our thyroid safer, you know, not let, you know, not allow things
happen where we get so deficient, not let our adrenaline, you know, our adrenaline eat us up,
cause problems. It's, you're going to need the right kind of B12. So mark my words here at the
webinar, four years from now, all you're going to hear about is adenosilcavolumin, a blend of
adenosilcavolumin with methecovolumin. Where do we find that, Anthony?
You got to look, there's barely any of it out there.
It's right on the horizon.
If you do the Google search, you'll find a company and get that blend and then you can
start protecting yourself.
Spirits ahead of the industry, that's the whole point.
That's why I've been blessed to get people better.
So it's that kind of B12 is the kind that's going to stop hair from falling out with people,
aches and pains, their bodies falling apart.
It's where we're going.
So this is what we need is that kind of B12.
Excellent.
Okay.
So that's lovely.
What about EMFs, electromagnetic fields and computers?
Is this something that we're behind the times on as well?
Can we be wearing devices that will help to offset our exposure?
What can we do?
Well, you know, we can live in a cabin.
Kind of nice.
With no toilet.
Yeah.
Yeah, no toilet.
Yeah, and no electricity.
We can do that, but we're going to have to play with our computers.
We have no choice.
I know.
Here we are on our computers right now.
So what do we do?
Yeah, so what do we do?
We have to make ourselves stronger.
This is all part of the whole adapting.
In fact, you basically said the piece that I was leaving out because I forgot.
Oh, what's that, the EMF?
I think I need more B12 or something.
make sure it's adenosyl cobalamin after this after this webinar i'm just going to be like downing it
um but but yeah that we have to adapt with that or we're going to be in trouble and that's part
of the b12 that's part of the wild blueberries it's part of the herbs the wild foods yeah that's
more fruits and vegetables don't get scared by the whole fruit thing that's developing out there
where don't eat fruit, it's sugar, do not get sucked into that
because fruit has something called an antioxidant in it.
I'm saying this sarcastically to the trend, not to people.
It has something called antioxidants, and what does that do?
It stops us from dying.
It stops us from aging.
It's in fruit.
It's in vegetables.
It's in herbs.
But a lot of it's in fruit.
Don't be afraid of the fruit thing because if you don't want antioxidants, your choice is to oxidize.
Right.
So, you know, it's like it reminds me of, you know, someone said to a client, they said, well, why are you eating all that fruit?
And, you know, and the person was like, well, it's only I'm eating two apples a day.
And the practitioner was like, two apples a day is way too much.
there's so much sugar in two apples.
Oh, wow, yeah.
The client was like, well, you know, I thought there's antioxidants here.
And, you know, and what happened was basically that practitioner wanted that client on an oxidized diet,
on an oxidant diet.
So you could be on antioxidants or you could be, you know, pro-oxidant.
You could be just being oxidized or you could be on antioxidants.
I know that sounds confusing, but the point is that's a part of protecting yourself from EMF is getting those antioxidants.
So you're going to get it from spinach.
You're going to get it from kale once again.
You know, mosh.
Some people call it moshé.
Dandelion greens.
Cilantro.
Cilantro is really packed with antioxidants, parsley.
and you have to get these in you, these antioxidants, because EMF oxidizes us.
Yeah.
It actually oxidizes us as well.
That's what it does.
It's not just about bad foods.
You probably thought in this webinar, Deanna, that I'd be talking about just processed foods today.
No, I'm talking about these other things.
No, this is fabulous.
It's great.
Processed food is actually, you know, that's actually good compared to this stuff.
Now, we're getting a number of questions about pH, and I know that a lot of these greens that you're mentioning can change your pH.
Talk about pH as it relates to detox.
Really important question.
We're trying to drink the alkaline water now.
Just know that's tricky, really tricky.
You don't want your water so spiked.
Right.
So spiked on an alkaline level.
I'll tell you why.
your stomach will not let it go anywhere else in your body unless the pH has dropped.
It sits in your stomach until your body kills itself and expels 80% of its reserves
to neutralize that water and lower the alkalinity before it dare lets it into your bloodstream.
Right.
that's something you're never going to hear anywhere else but here at the medical medium
that's the only place you're ever going to hear that one as well so you have to be careful you
can't consume um major high like way up in the 80s people pushing it in the 90s whatever you
can't do that to your water and dump it in you thinking you're going to get your ph right
right your body has to your body goes under not a cytokine storm but it goes under basically like
war just happened your body goes into war and it has to turn that water into the right
pH before it even lets it out of the gate so now so you just bring your pH down on the
waters that's number one like you know bring them into the 70s don't go with that whole
you know major alkaline water thing that's number one okay what what makes you alkaline
um fruits and vegetables what makes you acidic adrenaline burns you up makes your entire system
acidic and you know i've seen people down that really high octane ph level water that's way up
there while they're running on adrenaline that's really acidic you want like the computer to melt
down, you want ground zero, that will bring ground zero.
You have to eat it.
What about meat, though?
Are there other acidic foods?
So you're talking about the stress and adrenaline.
Oh, whether anybody wants, whatever, you know, everybody's on their own diet, tons of diets
out there.
Right.
There's a thousand different diets being stamped out by the hour right now.
and they're stamping diets right now like cookies and you know and they're changing the names of
the diets even though they're kind of mostly all the same yeah they are that is crazy you're right
you know look I'm just happy everybody's trying and I'm happy they're they're proactive and I'm
happy they care yeah because you know what that matters to me greatly so if someone has a weird
idea for a diet, whatever, and it may not be the best for a lot of people, but it's
okay for some.
I'm just glad someone's doing it, you know, it's all good.
But what happens is, you know, regardless of what diet you adopt or have a belief system,
because what happened to me was I wasn't allowed to have a belief system.
The minute I took on a belief system when I was like 14 years old in health, I was doing
readings on people and doing whatever, the minute I had a belief system being adopted,
slap me on the side of the face. So students don't have a belief system about that.
If you take on a belief system, then you're going to heal five people in your lifetime.
So you've got to stay open. You've got to stay open. So basically what I've had to do is adopt
instead of a belief system, a philosophy and, or basically a, you know, my own truth, which is
I believe in everything and I believe in nothing.
And then spirit tells me what's better for people, but for each person, because we're all different.
But understand, though, that if someone does like a diet they like, just remember, regardless of what you like, whether you like lots of chicken or lots of eggs, you know, whatever.
I mean, I wanted to run an egg shack.
My dream was thwarted by spirit having me work on people because when I was a kid, all I cared about was making eggs for people because it makes them happy.
You make eggs the right way for someone and you put a smile on their face.
But if someone, you know, whether someone likes eggs or chicken or beef or whatever, or someone who just doesn't like any of that and they like just all plant-based or someone who's paleo, whatever it is,
you still have to bring in some of the grounding foundations.
You have to keep that B12 the right kind.
You have to make sure you're doing the antioxidants.
So if you love lots of meat, then you do the antioxidants too.
If you love no meat, you still do the antioxidants.
You have to keep the basics in.
So whatever you want to do out there, I believe in it.
You know, and so you have to remember some of these basics.
So use that grounding technique I talked about where you leave the roots in the ground.
Try to keep your adrenaline down.
Battle that with the adaptogenic, you know, the adaptogenic herbs we talked about and
the wild blueberries and the black raspberries and even rose hips.
You know, I love rose hips.
Yes.
Right?
If you're lost in this whole thing and you heard the webinar and was like, whoa, I don't
know what he said. What you just said there would have been, it would have captured most everything,
the essence. What you do is rose hip tea, go to the health food store, just get rose hips,
do rose hip tea once a day. And I don't care if you're on a paleo diet, an Atkins diet, a vegetarian
diet, a fish diet. I don't care whatever it is. You make sure you do that rose hip tea once a day
and you're going to be making improvements. Is it better than green tea? Because there are lots
studies on green tea for detox? Look, you know, it's kind of funny. I mean, at the same time,
caffeine runs your adrenals and burns you up. That's true. You know, it's like this. It's like,
that's like someone eating a whole chocolate cake at dinner time and they exercise an extra hour
the next day. It's like green tea has all these, you know, phytochemicals in it, but it's pushing
your adrenals to burn you up.
So it's giving you phytochemicals to actually aid in the damage it's actually doing.
And then it's like eating a chocolate cake and then exercising the next day.
Or it's like actually it's like eating chocolate cake but making sure you put a lot more cinnamon
on it because cinnamon is really good.
It's an antioxidant.
It's you're kind of countering what's happening with it.
What I'm trying to say is caffeine is edgy.
It's not for everyone.
I like green tea.
And if I gave what I like to everybody, it wouldn't get better because someone may not do good with green tea.
It might get their adrenals going a little too much.
What about decaf?
So decaffeinated green tea, is that okay?
Or is the process of that toxic?
Absolutely beneficial.
Ah, okay.
See, you let me run on that one and you had the answer.
Decaf green tea, fabulous.
Yes. All right. So, Anthony, to honor your time, I'm just keeping a watch here. We've got about three minutes.
There's a question about alcohol. Can you speak about how bad it is? Is it toxic or is it medicinal?
Well, first of all, alcohol and tinctures, alcohol in herbal medicine is not good.
That's number one. So if you're an herbalist, you have to move forward and you have to do the non-alcohol.
all. Meaning like it's only going to help your practice. I'm not saying this to get people upset,
to get naturopaths upset. Thank God we have naturopaths. Thank God we have the people that
fought the conventional alternative problem we had back in the 80s when we were divided 100%
and conventional medicine was in one room and alternative medicine was in the other room.
No one got along. Everybody hated each other. And thank God we're past that.
And I'm really thankful for the alternative movement. Of course, I'm thankful for the conventional as well.
But the point is, is that it comes down to a few basics with alternative medicine.
is that, yeah, the best, you know, to reframe the question on that, if you go back in history
and you see where we are today and you see what's going on and how we're moving forward,
we're making great strides, really are amazing strides. So I don't want on any level to down
the whole alcohol thing in like medicines and alternative medicines because I'm thankful
that we have all that we have and what's happening with it. But we do have to move forward with the
alcohol because what's being done is in herbal medicine, we use corn grain alcohol, we use GMO.
Yeah. It completely defies what the herb can do for you, what's going on in your body.
and so we have to move past that I know some some now companies start using um organic grape
alcohol which is a big step but we have to go alcohol free as far as alcohol in general to us
it all depends on who the person is too if you know I've met people along the way that you know
if it wasn't for that glass of wine for you know a person in their time of need they might have had
They would have had a stroke.
But at the same time, alcohol is, you know, really not good for the liver.
It's not good for detoxing.
It makes the body toxic.
It's not that I'm, you know, either way, people know what's best for themselves.
So if they're drinking alcohol, they know if they're not supposed to drink it.
Yeah, yeah, right.
So what about red wine, though, specifically?
There is a question, a tag-on question to this whole alcohol thing.
So is it really, you know, we do have to listen to our bodies?
Yeah, basically like this.
You know, red wine has dimethyl resveratrol in it.
So that's dimethyl resveratrol.
Yeah.
It only has a speck of it, though.
It doesn't have a lot.
If you eat grapes or, you know, dark grapes or red grapes, even green grapes,
you have that dimethyl resveratrol in there at a higher degree, believe it or not,
because it's really active.
But the wine is, the only part in there that's good is that it was a fruit.
Okay.
Okay.
That's the good part.
And look, you know, give or take or however we look at it,
alcohol hasn't helped a lot of people over the centuries.
We know the damage it's done.
Right.
We don't have to, like, talk about all that it's done,
which has wreaked havoc and not just on the Native American culture.
but it's everywhere, meaning from the 1600s to the 1700s, it's wreaked havoc everywhere,
and it's hurt us bad, and so the bottom line is, yeah, you know, just whatever people,
people know better. They know better. Okay. Now we're doing, yeah, go ahead. Now this show's
about this. Anyway. Anthony, you have said so many great tips and have given us so much guidance
here. So, you know, we're at the top of the hour. I do want to respect your time and energy because
I know that, you know, you get messages from spirit and this is, you know, just so wonderfully
informative for so many of us. And I've been taking copious notes. So what I thought I could
summarize for everybody here, just the three takeaways, what I took away was number one,
adrenaline is the largest toxin. Number two, what I'm hearing from you, Anthony, is wild blueberries,
wild blueberries, wild blueberries. And don't listen to all the talk about goitrogenic foods
and cruciferous vegetables and kale, that those foods are actually nourishing for the thyroid.
And finally, adenosylcobalamin, that's a new one for me. I would not have thought about that.
I think that that's pretty intriguing. In three years, that's all you're going to hear.
Adenosilcobalamin, that's great.
And when Spirit told me about adenosilcobalamin back 20 years ago and it didn't exist, you know, you just, I had to kind of be patient.
And that's what's amazing about our alternative medicine world is that we're, you know, we're, they're picking it up.
Every, people are doing it.
People are in labs, you know, people are working and we're getting there.
So my job is to make sure this is the most advanced information that's accessible to
anyone.
That's what I do for people.
And it's just, here's the most advanced information.
Now you don't have to wait 20 years so when you're 75 years old, someone's going to then
know what's wrong with you.
Or here's what it is.
And that's my job.
It's to alleviate the health in any way I can because I care.
This is the bottom line.
Like I said before, it breaks my heart that people suffer.
We all have to have compassion.
Even me myself, growing up, I had to dig that compassion out because spirit has the compassion.
And I had to learn from spirit to have as much as I can.
Everybody has to fight for it and become compassionate to others and what they're going through
in any way possible.
And that's, if there's something to take away today, it's that right there as well.
You know, Anthony, I just have to say when I read your book and I started reading, and I didn't really know you at that time, but I started reading your book.
It was almost like every line I read, and I don't think I've ever had this experience, that every sentence I felt this sensation of truth.
I just kept reading.
I'm like, this is true.
This is true.
This is true.
And it was all like stuff that was a little bit against trends.
But to me, I didn't even question it.
There was just this inner sense of truth as I was reading what you had to say.
And so one of the things I remember from reading your book was this element of compassion,
what you were just speaking of, that really and truly the spirit that you're connected
to is that of compassion.
and healing comes along with that, which is why you have such a big message to carry for all of us,
because we're all looking to heal.
Yeah, we really are.
We really are.
And, you know, people, you know, when people don't have, they're not struggling with their health,
it's really, and someone is, it's so hard to get that across
unless you've experienced what it's like to suffer from some kind of health condition.
Oh, wow.
Yeah.
And that's why the compassion has to be there.
It really does.
You know, in the book, in this book, I mean, I put hundreds and hundreds of secrets from spirit, much of which is way ahead of its time.
But I put also a lot of ways to build a soul back, bring it back from injuries, from being, you know, bullied, from people not being compassionate, from being let down, betrayed, from trust being broken.
it's not just a book of the most advanced medical information from spirit.
It's also a book to help restore the soul from betrayal and from injury.
And, you know, when we're sick and we're shopping from doctor to doctor
and we're not getting the answers we need
or we're told our body's attacking itself, which it doesn't,
I want to make that clear before I go,
is we're told that autoimmune disease is the body attacking itself.
Actually, that's not true.
and that I explain that in the book
but there's something else affecting the body
because your body would never attack itself
so we lose trust in our bodies
we lose trust in everything
it breaks us down
so in this book I piled it up with as much secrets
as I could possibly do
to get that back for people
so there's a lot of stuff in there that really will help
Anthony tell us about your book
We want to know when it is available, where we can get it, the title, and anything else that you want to let us know about on the horizon for you.
Sure.
The book's coming out in November.
It's early November is when it's coming out.
You know, pre-order it because I actually have a little gift that's coming along with it.
I did a little work to give people an extra push for, like, knowledge.
Like, it gave me an opportunity to say, look, if you get your name on a book, I can actually give you even more extra information.
So that's really exciting because I'm all about giving as much information out as I possibly can.
And I'm so excited about the book, about it getting to people that I'm like, well, wait a minute.
I don't want anybody ordering a book without getting things to with it and more knowledge and more information.
It's just whatever I can do because, you know, it's just the best thing for people to get what they need.
So that's one thing.
So, yeah, it's coming out in November, and it's just going to be a blessing, hopefully, and it helps so many.
I loved it.
I mean, I read – I had the fortune of reading kind of a preprint version, so I feel blessed.
But I'm going to get the book, and I can't wait to get it for others.
Anthony, you also offer a number of different things on your Facebook page,
which is Anthony William Medical Medium.
You offer lots of different packets of information.
So if you are not on Anthony's Facebook page, this is actually how I found out about you,
is through a friend, Phillip, who connected me to your Facebook page and told me a bit about you.
And I was amazed at all the stuff that you had on your Facebook page,
all the different information about food and again,
all of your downloadables that you just give out so freely with so much love
and compassion. And by the way,
we've got who is expressing gratitude for all of this. So, so thank you,
Anthony. This is really wonderful.
That's what I want to do.
I want everybody to get anything they can get and what they need.
And that's, that's what I meant by, you know, whatever I can do.
I'm trying to give out whatever I could at any time. And the Facebook page is,
We put out that information, Pinterest, it's all there, our blog, and I just want people to get whatever they can and whatever they need, and that's the reason why I'm here.
That's why I'm here.
You're doing it.
Thank you again.
You've stayed over the hour.
Really appreciate your time, Anthony.
Blessings, and again, thank you so much for being of service to all of us.
We really appreciate you being that conduit.
So thank you so much.
There are lots of thank yous coming in, by the way.
Wonderful, wonderful.
Well, blessings, and I love you and love everybody dearly.
And can't wait to get a chance to talk again.
All right.
Well, thank you so much.
Take care.
Good night, everyone.
